Assembly Brewing Co is an independent craft beer brewery located in Fremantle, Western Australia. The brewery is housed in Fremantle’s warehouse district in a converted factory. The brewery produces a range of hand crafted beers brewed on site in an industrial space built from reclaimed timber and fittings. With the philosophy that beer is for bringing people together, sharing stories and a way to support local, Assembly is known for experimenting with fresh, exotic and botanical flavours. They are deeply aware that the resource-intensive process of making beer has an impact on the climate and promise to make and supply the highest quality product with the environment in mind. By partnering with One Tree Planted, they pledge to plant one tree for every keg of beer sold.
